WWF set to roll out Urdu MIS portal to improve digital access to workers

The Workers' Welfare Fund (WWF) is developing an Urdu version of its Management Information System (MIS) Portal to improve digital access to workers across Pakistan.
According to a document available with Wealth Pakistan, the portal will offer services in both Urdu and English, enabling workers to access welfare-related information and services without language barriers.
The initiative is expected to be completed within two months. Once operational, the Urdu-enabled portal will provide workers with a more user-friendly interface and improve access to various WWF services.
The bilingual portal will significantly enhance accessibility for workers throughout Pakistan and strengthen the digital delivery of welfare services. The initiative is expected to increase public engagement with WWF's online platform while promoting greater transparency and efficiency in service delivery.
The development is part of WWF's broader efforts to modernize its digital infrastructure and implement the recommendations made by the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.
