The visit of the Pakistan Railways delegation to India has been revealed. The Pakistan Railways delegation headed by the Chairman, Secretary of Railways visited New Delhi, India, for three days. The delegation returned to Pakistan on May 11. According to INP, the delegation headed by Chairman/Federal Secretary Railways Mazhar Ali Shah visited India along with Director General (Operations) Farooq Malik. It reached Delhi on May 8 while the meeting of the expert group was held on May 10.

When the railway spokesman was contacted regarding the visit of a high-level delegation of the Ministry of Railways to India, said the Railways Secretary went to India to attend the meeting of the eleven leaders of the SCO member countries. An invitation letter was sent to the Railways Secretary by Anil Kumar Lahoti, Chairman of Indian Railways, whose agenda was to connect the region to promote trade.(M.Awis)
