SSP Investigation Lahore, Dr. Anoush Masood Chaudhry, has been transferred to federal duties, with immediate effect. Late last night, the Punjab Inspector General ordered Masood to report to the Capital Police Office. The Chief Secretary has issued a notification for Masood to join federal services, officially relieving him from his duties in Punjab. AIG Finance Mohammad Naveed has been appointed as the new SSP Investigation Lahore. Dr. Masood Chaudhry had served in his role as SSP for over a year.
