The Fatima Fertilizer’s production facility in Sadiqabad has undergone major upgrades to significantly boost the output of Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) and Nitro Phosphate (NP), reports WealthPK.

As a result, the enhanced capacities now reach 470,000 metric tons for CAN and 490,000 metric tons for NP up from the original 420,000 and 360,000 metric tons, respectively. This strategic enhancement boosts the company’s production capabilities while reinforcing its dedication to sustainable growth and strengthening the nation’s food security.

Moreover, the revamp also includes an upgrade to the ammonia plant, increasing its daily output from 1,500 to 1,713 metric tons achieved through advanced engineering and process optimization.  The rising demand for fertilizers like CAN and NP highlights their vital role in improving soil fertility and boosting crop productivity.
