Three persons, including two young brothers on Monday drowned in a village pond near the Ghazi-Barotha canal, Hazro , the Rescue 1122 sources said.The victims were identified as Gul Muhammad, 10, his four year old brother, Sher Muhammad, and Khan Muhammad, 32 years old, they added.

The sources said an ambulance and emergency response team were dispatched immediately after receiving reports of the incident in village, Sarwana , Tehsil, Hazro . The bodies were handed over to their families after legal formalities were completed, they added.
