The police on Monday arrested a man and seized liquor 10 litres during an ongoing crackdown against narcotics and illegal substances, the police sources said.According to police, the operation was carried out by a team led by Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Muhammad Azam Khan under the supervision of City Station House Officer (SHO) Najeeb Ullah Riaz.

The suspect, identified as Kashif, a resident of Farooqabad locality in Darya Khan, was taken into custody after police recovered the liquor from his possession. A case has been registered against the suspect at City Police Station, Darya Khan, and further investigation was underway, they added.
