‘Kashmir. Wait & See’ photography exhibition continues تازترین

A compelling photography exhibition and book launch titled “Kashmir. Wait & See” continued in Islamabad for the second day, today, offering an intimate visual exploration of the realities, memory, and lived experiences of Kashmiris under Indian occupation.  The exhibition is organized by the Pakistan Photo Festival in collaboration with the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) and the Kashmir Council EU. It features the work of renowned photographer Cedric Gerbehaye and has been curated by Shah Zaman Baloch. 

The event, which runs from January 26 to 28 at Gallery No. 6, PNCA, provides a contemplative photographic narrative of the region, highlighting both its natural landscapes and the socio-political challenges faced by the Kashmiri people. The opening ceremony took place on Monday.  Exhibition hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily, and the event is free and open to the public, encouraging all visitors to engage with Kashmir’s untold stories through the lens of photography.
