The festivities of Eidul Fitr are not confined to the Muslims only as people belonging to other faiths too celebrate the occasion along with their Muslim brethren. A video has been released in which British High Commissioner (HC) in Pakistan Jane Marriott could be seen cooking food and serving it to the high commission’s staff.

The high commissioner’s gesture came as a surprise for the staff members who munched on spicy chana chat, Qorma and other mouthwatering dishes. The video has also gone down well with Pakistanis who have described it as a nice gesture; something that promotes inter-faith harmony.
