The Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) launched a plantation project at Marine Drive Circle, introducing a drip irrigation system to supply water more efficiently to plants.

The project, undertaken on the instructions of GDA Director General Moin-ur-Rehman Khan, involves planting flowering plants and trees at Asia Circle to improve the roundabout's appearance, Gwadar Pro reported.

GDA Environmental Officer and Horticulturist Hamal Dashti said the project includes irrigation and maintenance measures intended to support healthy plant growth over time.

He said the drip irrigation system would deliver water directly to plants according to their needs, helping conserve water and support their growth.
