Two youth held on charges of passing info to 'foreign handlers' Breaking

October 27, 2026

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian police have arrested two youth in RS Pura area of Jammu for allegedly passing 'sensitive information' to 'foreign handlers'.  The accused have been identified as Arun Kumar, a resident of Mathwar in Akhnoor, and Gorav Sharma, a resident of Mokhey in RS Pura.  Indian officials claimed that the duo allegedly transmitted photographs and electronic data with "security implications through encrypted communication channels to handlers" allegedly associated with Pakistan.

A case has been registered against them under Official Secrets Act, 1923, and Sections 152 and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Police   According to analysts, it has become a routine practice for Indian occupation authorities and BJP regime to invoke Pakistan-linked charges to implicate Kashmiri and Jammu youth, reflecting New Delhi's deep-rooted obsession, paranoia and fear of Pakistan. Such fabricated cases are often used to justify continued crackdown and harass local population, while no credible evidence is presented before public, they added.
