A Lahore court has discharged TikTok star Nadeem Mubarak, popularly known as Nadeem Naniwala, from a case involving the alleged use of an illegal vehicle number plate and ordered his immediate release. According to media reports, the hearing took place at Lahore’s Cantonment Court, where police requested a 14-day judicial remand for Nadeem Mubarak. However, the court rejected the request, citing a lack of evidence. The court ruled that there were no substantial grounds to prove the allegations against the accused, and no recovery statement was on record. Consequently, the court ordered Nadeem's discharge from the case, with instructions to release him if not wanted in any other case.

The TikToker was arrested in Lahore for allegedly using a fake number plate reading '804 IK' on his vehicle. The police registered a case against him under the Vehicle Ordinance for violating traffic regulations. According to SHO Defense Lahore, Nadeem Naniwala had intentionally affixed the fake plate to his car. The plate was discovered during a routine checkpoint near Defense Main Boulevard, where it was confirmed to be counterfeit. Following the arrest, the police impounded the vehicle and registered a case against Nadeem under the complaint of ASI Khalid Mahmood. However, with no conclusive evidence to support the allegations, the court dismissed the case, ordering his release.
