Three asphalt plants at Margalla Hills sealedBreaking

Three asphalt plants located in the Margalla Hills were sealed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Thursday for contributing to environmental pollution. Following the directives of Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa, the action was taken to combat environmental pollution and protect the natural beauty of Islamabad. Belonging to HDC, CAF and Arif Co, the sealed plants were found violating environmental laws. The operation was carried out jointly by the DCCDA, Magistrate ICT, and Enforcement Directorate. Chairman CDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, emphasized the need for indiscriminate action against elements spreading environmental pollution He stressed the importance of preserving the natural scenery and beauty of Islamabad. The Chairman CDA directed that all available resources should be utilized to achieve this goal.
