Gas supply has been resumed from four fields in Sindh province on Monday which was closed due to low gas consumption. According to the source in ministry of energy, the gas fields remained closed for several months due to low gas consumption. However, gas supply of 200 mmcfd has been resumed from the said gas fields, sources added. With low gas consumption and inflow of LNG, gas volume in pipelines was increasing. LNG’s spot import is closed and it was imported only under long-term contract.
