Sindh govt announces financial assistance for victims of tragic Iran bus accidentBreaking

The Sindh government has stepped up efforts to provide financial support for the affected families after 28 Pakistanis perished in a bus accident in Iran. Provincial Minister Nasir Shah revealed that the families of the victims will each receive a compensation of Rs5 million while the injured passengers will be provided Rs1 million each. The accident has resulted in significant loss of life, with the bodies of the victims being transported back to different parts of Pakistan. A special aircraft carried 28 bodies to Jacobabad, from where 10 victims’ remains were taken to Larkana. Funeral prayers were held for 6 of the deceased pilgrims in Kandh Kot, where their bereaved families paid their respects by laying floral wreaths on the corpses. The bodies of 4 victims have reached Khairpur, where a collective funeral prayer will be held at 9 AM at the Nazpilot School. The critically injured passengers are being airlifted to Karachi for further medical treatment as the authorities work to provide relief and support to the affected communities.
