The Islamabad High Court has granted protective bail to PTI leader Sanam Javed, preventing her arrest by the police. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb presided over the hearing of Sanam Javed's protective bail application. Javed, accompanied by her lawyer Ahad Khokhar, presented her case before the court. Javed’s lawyer argued that a case registered in Mianwali posed a risk of arrest, prompting the request for protective bail to allow her to address the matter in court without fear of immediate detention. The court granted a one-week protective bail and issued an order restraining the police from arresting Javed during this period. Additionally, Sanam Javed has been directed to appear before the concerned court within one week.
