One robber was killed while his two accomplices managed to escape after police encounter in Saddar police station jurisdiction on Wednesday. According to details, a three-member gang of robbers was engaged in picket looting at Mochiwala road near Chak No 354/JB during when police reached the scene. Upon sight of police, three robbers started fire which led to an exchange of fire. In cross firing, one robber was killed while his two accomplices managed to escape. The body was move to THQ Hospital.
