Heavy showers lowered the temperature and turned weather pleasant in the federal capital Islamabad on Thursday. According to PDMA’s alert, rain with wind/thunderstorm was expected till October 1. The PDMA has predicted rain with wind/thunderstorm in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir during this period. Intermittent rains were also expected in parts of Sindh till September 28.
