The Sindh government to monitor and tackle rain related situation in the metropolis and other parts of the province has established a Rain Emergency Cell at Chief Minister office. Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in the wake of the heavy downpour forecast during the current week has directed all the Divisional Commissioners of the province to remain vigilant. He said that the provincial government was taking all possible measures to minimize the disaster caused by the torrential rains.
