Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Mustafain Kazmi has been granted bail by an anti-terrorism court (ATC) of Islamabad in case regarding protests of the PTI lawyers outside the Supreme Court. According to details, the ATC Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqrernain made the decision. During the hearing, lawyers Imaan Mazaari and Hadi Ali presented the arguments on the behalf of Kazmi and Prosecutor Raja Naveed opposed the grant of bail to Kazmi. The prosecutor said Kazmi raised slogans against the judiciary which was a sacred institution of the country. It should be mentioned that the PTI workers have become habitual to attack institutions and they should face the repercussions accordingly. Meanwhile, it was mentioned by the lawyers of the accused that the medical condition of Kazmi was not well. It was also added Kazmi was in the court’s premises at the time of protests.
