Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday went to Chak-II Ram Diwali, a village on the outskirts of Faisalabad, and offered his condolences to the family of Lt Colonel Muhammad Ali Randhawa, who had laid down his life while fighting militants in Spin Wam area in North Waziristan. Federal Minister for Information Ataullah Tarar accompanied the prime minister on the occasion. Strict security arrangements had been made on the occasion as snipers were deployed on rooftops.
