The Islamabad High Court has granted bail to former Member of National Assembly Ali Wazir, with the bail set at PKR 25,000 in surety bonds. The decision was made by a two-judge bench comprising Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan. Previously, the Anti-Terrorism Court had denied Ali Wazir’s bail application, prompting him to seek relief from the Islamabad High Court. Ali Wazir, who is currently imprisoned in Adiala Jail, faces charges related to terrorism. The court's decision marks a significant development in his ongoing legal battle.
