ICCI Newly Elected Office Bearers Take Oath of PortfoliosBreaking

The newly elected Office Bearers and Executive Members of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) were sworn in during the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Nasir Mansoor Qureshi took oath as President, Abdul Rehman Siddiqui as Senior Vice President, and Nasir Mahmood Chaudhry as Vice President for the term 2024-26. The oath was administered by Khalid Iqbal Malik, Chairman of the Founder Group, while Muhammad Ejaz Abbasi, former ICCI President, served as Stage Secretary. The event saw the attendance of a large number of ICCI members. In his address, Nasir Mansoor Qureshi, the newly elected President, expressed his commitment to addressing the key concerns of the business community and facilitating their business growth. He acknowledged the trust placed in him by the Founder Group and ICCI members, pledging to live up to their expectations. He also praised the achievements of the outgoing team and vowed to continue their efforts for the advancement of the Chamber.

He extended his gratitude to the Founder Group and ICCI members for electing him by majority vote and assured them of his dedication to delivering on their mandate. Outgoing President Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari congratulated the new office bearers and expressed his confidence in their ability to further promote the interests of the business community. He highlighted the significant achievements during his tenure and hoped that his successor would continue strengthening ICCI’s role in supporting the business community. Khalid Iqbal Malik, Chairman of the Founder Group, also extended his congratulations to the newly elected office bearers and expressed optimism about their performance. He acknowledged the accomplishments of the outgoing team and thanked ICCI members for electing the Founder Group’s candidates with a majority vote. The AGM was largely attended by ICCI members, reflecting their continued engagement and support for the Chamber's leadership.
