A government officer and his daughter died while six other women were injured when their vehicle was swept away by gushing floodwater near Muslim Bagh in Balochistan on Saturday morning. Minerals Department Inspector Juma Khan was travelling along with his daughter when their vehicle caught up in the floodwater. The injured were rushed to a hospital in Quetta, the Rescue personnel said, adding the vehicle was travelling from Quetta to Zhob when it met the accident on National Highway. The deceased were belonged to Zhob District.
