The police arrested four bike lifters including a ringleader during separate actions and recovered eight stolen motorcycles and looted cash in separate actions conducted in jurisdictions of various police stations on Wednesday. According to details, Wah Cantt Police during a crackdown apprehended the ringleader of Shani bike lifter gang identified as Shan alias Shani besides recovering four stolen motorcycles and Rs26,5000 looted cash from his possession. Another bike lifter identified as Sajjad was held with three stolen motorcycles in jurisdiction of Civil Lines police station. Ratta Amral Police arrested a bike lifter Bilal with a stolen motorcycle. Separate cases were registered against the nabbed bike lifters at respective police stations and further investigations were underway.
