Five people were killed in armed clash between two groups over karo-kari dispute in Machaka police station jurisdiction, police said on Wednesday. According to details, armed men of two groups which were in dispute over karo-kari issue traded heavy fire in Daulatabad area of Rahim Yar Khan. The cross firing led to killing of five people and culprits managed to escape from scene. Heavy contingent of police reached the scene and cordoning off the area. The bodies were shifted to hospital for postmortem. DPO Rahim Yar Khan, Rizwan Umer Gondal took the notice of the incident and directed to arrest the culprits. The police was conducting raids to arrest the culprits involved in fire exchange.
