District Police Officer (DPO) Jhang, Capt (Retd) Bilal Iftikhar Kiyani has started action against police officials over poor performance in anti-drug operations. According to details, the DPO suspended Station House Officer (SHO) of Satellite police station for not taking effective actions against drug dealers. Letter of Advisory was also issued to Deputy Superintendent Police (DSP) City Circle. DPO Bilal Iftikhar Kiyani said that those involved in indulge youth in menace of drugs would have to face the consequences. Directing grand operation against drug dealers, he said that any negligence in this contact would not be tolerated.
