The Airport Security Force (ASF) foiled a bid to smuggle Ice drug abroad and arrested an accused here on Monday. According to ASF, it searched the baggage of a suspected passenger Mufaqar Mumtaz leaving for Bahrain at Islamabad International Airport. During search, the ASF recovered 830 gram Ice (crystal meth) tactfully confiscated in pipes of the trolley bag. The accused was offloaded and held by ASF and along with recovered drug handed over to Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) for further investigation.
