A 12-year-old girl was raped by her cousin in Nishtar Colony area of Lahore, police said on Wednesday. According to police, 12-year-old Fiza was sexually assaulted by her cousin Shoaib. Police said that when the girl's condition worsened, the accused left the poor girl at General Hospital and fled. However, Nishtar Colony police registered a case against the accused and started searching him. The victim is a resident of Faisalabad whose mother has passed away and she had come to her paternal uncle's house, police said. Finding the girl alone in the house, the accused sexually assaulted her, text of the FIR says.
