June 15, 2026

Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Civil Careers Academy to expand professional development opportunities for students through competitive examination preparation and skills-based training programs.

Under the partnership, PTUT students will gain exclusive access to a range of programs designed to strengthen their academic, professional, and communication capabilities, according to a report carried by Gwadar Pro on Monday.

The collaboration includes preparation courses for Pakistan’s major competitive examinations, including the Central Superior Services (CSS) and Provincial Management Service (PMS) exams, as well as spoken English, public speaking, communication, and personality development training.

As part of the initiative, Civil Careers Academy has launched an eight-week Communication and Personality Development Program exclusively for PTUT students.

The online program, scheduled to begin on June 22, will focus on spoken English, public speaking, presentations, debates, and group discussions, allowing students to participate remotely during the summer vacation period.

PTUT students will also receive an exclusive discounted fee for the founding batch through the university.

University officials said the partnership reflects PTUT’s commitment to equipping students with practical skills that complement technical education and prepare graduates for increasingly competitive professional environments.

Civil Careers Academy is known for its structured training programs aimed at helping students and young professionals develop the competencies required for public-sector examinations, leadership roles, and career advancement.

Both institutions expressed confidence that the collaboration will enhance students’ employability, communication abilities, and professional confidence while creating new pathways for personal and career growth.

The MoU is part of PTUT’s broader efforts to strengthen industry and educational partnerships that support student development beyond the classroom.
