A host of top Chinese agricultural enterprises with Pakistan partnerships gathered at the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), running June 22–26.
Their solutions covering modern farm machinery, high-yield crop seeds, water-saving irrigation systems are empowering Pakistan’s agricultural upgrading, according to a report carried by China Economic Net (CEN).
YTO Group under China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) has exported tractors to Pakistan since 2018.
“Pakistan’s domestic tractors max out at only 85 horsepower, lacking high-power premium models to meet growing farming demands.
YTO’s higher-horsepower tractors fill this market gap, featuring easy operation and superior fuel efficiency,” YTO representatives told CEN.
China Customs data shows that China’s agricultural machinery exports hit 67.42 billion yuan (about $9.42 billion) in 2025, up 32.3% year-on-year.
Tractor exports stood at 8.98 billion yuan (roughly $1.25 billion), rising 34.2% annually.
Dayu Irrigation Group provides smart irrigation facilities for 1,400 hectares under the “Million Acres Green Pakistan” project, bringing significant water-saving results, according to Dayu Irrigation representatives.
High-yield Chinese rice seeds are being introduced to Pakistan to boost local crop yields.

WINALL152 hybrid rice from Syngenta Group China’s Winall Hi-tech Seed Co., Ltd. has been extensively rolled out across Pakistan since 2012.
This medium-maturity rice variety delivers consistent high output, strong stress resistance and broad adaptability, outyielding local rice strains by 15 percent.
During Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s May visit to China, the two countries issued a joint statement, in which they pledged to deepen cooperation in agriculture, water conservancy, AI and talent training, jointly safeguard industrial and supply chain stability, and roll out more practical livelihood projects, opening new avenues for expanded agricultural collaboration.
