A Chinese company operating in Gwadar has announced a major recruitment drive, creating 361 employment opportunities for local residents as it expands its livestock processing and export operations in the coastal city
According to a recruitment notice issued , Hangeng Group said it is seeking candidates for a range of managerial, technical and factory-level positions as part of its efforts to strengthen a fully integrated livestock and export industry in Gwadar, Gwadar Pro reported.
The company stated that the expansion is aimed at building a modern, transparent and sustainable livestock sector while generating long-term economic opportunities for local communities.
The recruitment campaign includes one Operations Manager, three Quality Control Officers, one Marketing Manager, two Laboratory Technicians, 350 Factory Production Workers, two Social Media Operators and two Supply Chain Managers.
The large number of factory production worker vacancies highlights the scale of the company’s planned operational expansion in the city.
In its announcement, Hangeng Group said employees will be offered competitive salary packages, company-provided medical insurance, career growth opportunities and a professional working environment.
The company also emphasized that residents of Gwadar will be given priority during the hiring process, reflecting a commitment to increasing local participation in economic development initiatives.
