Pakistan’s textile and apparel exports to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) increased to $381 million during July–January FY26, up from $327 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, according to the Monthly Report of Pakistan’s Textile & Apparel Exports prepared by the Pakistan Textile Council (PTC)

The latest figure represents the highest export level recorded in the five-year series covered in the report, underscoring the UAE’s growing importance as a regional destination for Pakistan’s textile products.

The five-year trend shows consistent expansion in exports to the UAE. Textile and apparel shipments stood at $196 million in July–January 2021–22. They rose to $231 million in 2022–23 and $249 million in 2023–24. Growth accelerated in 2024–25, reaching $327 million, before rising further to $381 million in 2025–26.

The steady upward trajectory indicates strengthening trade ties and increasing demand for Pakistani textile and apparel products in the UAE market.

Product-level data reveals mixed performance across categories. Exports of men’s or boys’ cotton ensembles (HS 62032200) declined from $48.7 million in July–January FY25 to $35.3 million in FY26, marking a decrease of 27.65%.

Conversely, other woven fabrics of synthetic staple fibers (HS 55121900) declined sharply from $12.9 million to $7.0 million.

The export figures are based on calculations using data sourced from Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).

According to the July–January FY26 data, textile and apparel exports to the UAE have maintained a consistent upward trend, reaching their highest cumulative level in the five-year period under review.
