He was addressing the Pakistan Chemical Expo-2023 organised by the Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association (PCMA) at the Expo Centre in Islamabad on Tuesday, according to a statement received by WealthPK.
Tasneem said the main focus of the government is on improving exports, and chemical manufacturers are the key partners in this regard. “Providing a pleasant environment to the industrial sector is among the top priorities of the government,’’ he said, adding that it is time to save the state by putting politics aside.
He said the government is striving to steer the country out of crises. Tasneem said Chemical Expo-2023 is providing business opportunities to the manufacturers besides enhancing the economy of the country’s chemical industry and its related businesses. Such exhibitions are the indicators that the country is on the path to development and progress, he added.
He assured the manufacturers of his full support for resolving their problems. Earlier, the SAPM visited various stalls and desks set up at the expo by various chemical manufacturing companies. The expo was organised to maintain good business relations among the PCMA members and stakeholders and to attract new investments besides promoting chemical exports.
