The project to equip and furnish the King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Teaching Hospital in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Mansehra District is fully complete, with preparations underway for its formal inauguration in November this year, according to an official document available with Wealth Pakistan.

The project marks a significant step towards strengthening healthcare infrastructure and improving medical facilities in the district.

The $5.5 million project, launched on September 27, 2018, was scheduled for completion on December 31, 2024.

According to the document, a team from the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) is expected to visit the hospital in November 2026 for its formal inauguration.

The project forms part of development assistance provided through the SFD to strengthen Pakistan's public healthcare infrastructure.
