Ericsson has announced the launch of its graduate programme in Pakistan to offer world-class learning and career development opportunities to youth.

The Ericsson Pakistan Graduate Programme is focused on nurturing the technology leaders of tomorrow in the country, according to a press release received by WealthPK.

The graduate programme provides on-the-job, project-based, classroom training and online learning in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and advanced technologies within the advanced connectivity era and as a contribution to the Digital Pakistan Policy.

The graduates are gaining valuable work experience, skills and knowledge that enable them to gain professional project-based knowledge, in a fast-changing ICT sector.

Aamir Ahsan Khan, President and Country Manager of Ericsson Pakistan said that Ericsson had been in Pakistan for 60 years.

The programme enhances the skills and knowledge of young and bright graduates while empowering them as technology experts. The youth are the catalysts to the realisation of the Digital Pakistan Policy. They will lead Pakistan’s digital future in different areas like fintech, internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and others.
