Finance Minister for Finance and Revenue Mohammad Ishaq Dar has promised to provide Balochistan province with the full assistance of the federal government. The minister made this commitment at a meeting with Senate Chairman Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani. The discussion covered budgetary matters, the country's present economic situation, and the implementation of development projects, particularly in Balochistan's flood-affected regions. Acting Governor of Balochistan Mir Jan Mohammad Jamali and Balochistan's Provincial Minister Zamrak Khan Achakzai, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Finance Tariq Bajwa and the finance secretary were also present at the meeting.
