Meezan Bank has won the “Employer of the Year” award given by the Employers Federation of Pakistan (EFP). EFP is the largest forum of employers in the country. Meezan Bank got the second position in the competition of “Employer of the Year Award 2021” in the category of “Large National Companies.” The award was received by Arsalan Ahmed Khan, Head of Talent Acquisition & Digital HR Solutions at Meezan Bank, from Sajid Hussain Turi, Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development.
During his speech at the occasion, Khalid Zaman Khan, Group Head of Human Resources and Learning & Development at Meezan Bank, said, “Meezan Bank has been recognized for its outstanding services over the years. Our Bank has won many awards in all categories. The main reason for such exceptional performance is the integration of the Banks’s vision with its culture.” He added, “every employee of Meezan Bank does his best to make the vision of the bank a reality.

EFP is the apex body of employers of Pakistan established in 1950. It is also a member of the International Organization of Employers (IOE), Confederation of Asia-Pacific Employers (CAPE), and South Asian Forum of Employers (SAFE).
