President of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Irfan Iqbal Sheikh asked all relevant parties to adopt an economic development plan, which is the sole means of enhancing the national economy for social advancement and prosperity. Speaking to traders at the Islamabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industries (ICSTSI), he promised that FPCCI, as the country's top trade organisation, will do all in its power to assist in resolving the complaints of the business community nationwide.
He reaffirmed that ICSTSI will receive full cooperation and assistance in order to achieve their commercial goals. He said Pakistan's economy can be revived and grown by fostering small businesses and industries. He also noted that as the local population is growing annually, additional amenities and employment possibilities are also needed. He continued by saying that all trade associations should cooperate to advance the nation's growth and economy. He said the only way to fix all the issues is to come up with the finest economic plan to get the country out of the current economic crisis while sitting down with good intentions and sincerity.
