The Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has started a campaign to enhance services to meet modern banking demands and foster commercial relationships with clients. The "Excellence Customer Service Campaign" aims to better respect customers and give staff members a chance to encourage discipline for the benefit of the consumers. Chief Executive Officer and President of the bank Khawar Saeed launched the campaign at a ceremony attended by bank officers, executives, and clients.
Speaking at the event, he stated the campaign will help in developing the business, including creating direct business ties with clients. He added that the state's most lucrative institution has advanced. He said the institution's profit climbed from Rs 134 million to Rs 961 million during the past three years, while the profit rose by 110% over the previous year. This reflects the clients' high level of trust in the bank, he added.
Khawar Saeed briefed the audience on the client services and various lending programmes offered by the bank. He urged the staff to enhance customer services and business relationships with clients, noting that they were the bank's most precious asset and that giving them the greatest financial services was a top priority.
