The Education Department has promoted 25 Elementary school Teachers (ESTs) from Scale-15 to Secondary School Teacher (SST) Scale-16 in various categories in Faisalabad.A spokesperson said on Monday that the promotions were made on the directives of Punjab Minister for Education Rana Sikandar Hayat. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Education Faisalabad Rao Abdul Kareem issued the official notification in this regard. 

He said appointment letters were distributed during a ceremony attended by Divisional Director Education Iftikhar Khan and District Education Officer (Secondary Education) Muhammad Waseem Sajid. Assistant Director Administration Javed Shehbaz and MC cadre teacher Muhammad Akhtar Butt were also present. 

According to details,six female teachers from the MC cadre were promoted as SST General Scale-16,while five male and female MC cadre teachers were elevated to the same category. Additionally,14 teachers from the general cadre were promoted as SST Science Scale-16.

 Speaking on the occasion,CEO Education Rao Abdul Kareem congratulated the promoted teachers and urged them to perform their duties with dedication and professionalism,emphasizing that quality education and character building of students remain the department’s top priorities.
