Urgent: Libya's Haftar leaves Moscow without signing ceasefire deal -- report
MOSCOW, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- Commander of the east-based Libyan National Army Khalifa Haftar has left Moscow without signing a ceasefire agreement to end the country's months-long conflicts, the TASS news agency quoted Russian Foreign Ministry as saying on Tuesday.
