Urgent: 6.2-magnitude quake hits 16 km SSW of Sinabang, Indonesia -- USGS
HONG KONG, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake of 6.2 magnitude jolted 16 km SSW of Sinabang, Indonesia on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 20.34 km, was initially determined to be at 2.3334 degrees north latitude and 96.347 degrees east longitude.
