Six houses gutted in Balakot fire
A huge fire caused by an electric short circuit gutted six houses in suburban village Kanshian of Balakot late on Tuesday night. Fire engulfed a residential house and due to lack of extinguishing facility spread to surrounding houses. Six houses were burnt to ashes with furniture and other households worth million of rupees before the local people extinguish the blaze on self-help basis.
