SHC annuls Sindh govt’s decision to re-conduct entry test for medical colleges
KARACHI, Dec 5 (INP): The Sindh High Court on Tuesday annulled the provincial government’s decision to re-conduct entry tests for admission in government-run medical colleges following allegations of irregularities in the earlier examination.
The court, in its ruling, directed to retain the previous results of the entry test conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS) in October. It further said any party may approach the Supreme Court regarding the matter if it may wish.
