SCBA Secy raises questions over Dar’s indictment in haste
ISLAMABAD , Sep 27 (INP) Secretary Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Aftab Bajwa on Wednesday questioned the way Ishaq Dar was indicted in what he said ‘indecent haste’ by the accountability court.
Bajwa said that the judge of the accountability court did not fulfill the legal requirements and the charges were framed in haste. He apprehended that the indictment in haste would go in favour of the accused.
