PDM govt wrecked power sector: Hammad Azhar
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader, Hammad Azhar has said that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) government has wrecked the power sector of the country. In a statement issued here on Thursday, he claimed that there was no loadshedding during the rule of PTI. Hammad Azhar said that Pakistan Muslim League’s (PML-N) expensive power plants consuming imported fuel were generating half to their capacity. He further stated that the PDM government has no money to purchase fuel for these imported power plants. The PTI leader was of the view that pace of the circular debt has also increased recently.
