Pakistan-India talks fail to resolve water dispute
ISLAMABAD, Sep 16 (INP0 The secretary-level talks held between Pakistan and India in the United States on September 14-15 ended without any agreement, a press release by the World Bank said.
The talks were held by the World Bank in Washington “on the technical issues of the Kishenganga and Ratle hydroelectric power plants within the framework of the Indus Waters Treaty”.
