Federal govt to pay salaries and pensions before Eid
Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Ishaq Dar has announced that the federal government employees and pensions will get the salaries and pensions of April before Eidul Fitr. In a tweet uploaded on Wednesday, Ishaq Dar said the decision was taken after consultation with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The minister the prime minister also directed to pay pensions before Eidul Fitr. Ishaq Dar said a directive has been issued to the federal finance secretary to made immediate arrangements for releasing the salaries and the pensions before Eid.
