Dollar opens new week with upward trend against Pakistan rupee
At the start of interbank trading on Monday, the US dollar increased by seven paisas against the Pakistani rupee to reach Rs218.50 on Monday. Earlier on Friday, the US dollar had marched upward against the Pakistani rupee and appreciated by five paisas to close at Rs218.43 in the interbank market. It appears from the latest trends in the interbank market that the greenback—slowly and gradually—is wresting its recent losses to the Pakistani currency.
