CJP summons Judicial Commission’s meeting on May 15
Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Umar Ata Bandial on Saturday summoned a meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan on May 15 to appoint the permanent chief justice of Federal Shariat Court. It has been learnt that the Judicial Commission will consider to appoint Justice ® Iqbal Hamidur Rehman as the permanent Chief Justice of Federal Shariat Court. Justice Syed Muhammad Anwar is currently working as acting Chief Justice of the FSC.
